Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — in which case we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't arrive. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged in shipping or you received the wrong item. If your item is or becomes defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. For orders delivered to the European Union, this policy does not limit your legal guarantee rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on sale items, except for orders delivered to the European Union (see below). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. This applies to all eligible items, including sale items.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery — by email at sales@ProScopeUSA.com, or via the cancellation/return option in your account on our store. You then have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of having sent it back. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The withdrawal right does not apply to custom or personalized products, or to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For European Union withdrawals, refunds are issued as described in the "European Union 14-day right of withdrawal" section above. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
